This is a nice vintage 1972 Paul Tirmenstein signed oil on canvas painting with a small plaque with the title Alpine Vista (which is in Colorado). In pretty good condition as the pics show with some minor imperfections to the frame and it comes exactly as shown. The frame measures 23" x 28" and the sight is 17 1/2" x 22 1/2"
