HON TSAI TAI FLOWERING BROCOLLI CHOY SUM 
Asian vegetable grown for its attractive tender purple stalks, green leaves and yellow flowers. Mild and sweet mustard flavour and very good source of greens. Can be used fresh in salads or cooked in stir fries, soups, or steamed by itself. Adds colour to the dinner plate. Best harvested just before the flowers open.
Germinate all year round . Seedlings emerge 5 -14 days
