Poor condition, non working, deteriorating prism and many signs of use. Interesting only due to being used by DDR East Germany officials, possibly STASI (Ministry for State Security) in Karl Marx Stadt (Chemnitz today). Found with sadly exposed to light ORWO NC 21 Color film.
