The game is brand new and still sealed in shrink-wrap. It has never been opened. The seal is in good condition overall with only 1 very small hole on the back side. Besides that there are no rips or other holes. The box has a small indent near the top left corner which is shown in the pictures. Other than that the box is in good shape with no warping  or bending.
