• All items sold are brand new in factory sealed packaging unless otherwise noted in the title or description.
• Items may show some signs of shelf wear, which may include light creases, soft corners, and dents on bubbles. I will typically note these imperfections but I can’t catch all of them.
• Every item shipped is in stated condition, but packaging may shift in transit and cause imperfections.
• Please refer to my feedback regarding item condition. 99.9% of all shipments arrive in perfect condition, but I cannot guarantee each item will be perfect.
• I accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise. If an item is returned for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  In this case, shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Please contact me before returning any merchandise or contacting E-Bay, I will make things right!
• I do not accept returns on any items that have been opened or the factory seal has been broken.
• If I have the same item in stock I will replace, otherwise a refund will be issued. 
• Please be prepared to submit pictures when requested!
• I will ALWAYS leave positive feedback for the transaction and ask you do the same if you are happy with your purchase.  Please contact me before leaving any feedback other than positive. I will do everything in my power to make the transaction acceptable to both parties.

COMBINED SHIPPING

I will always combine shipping on multiple purchases on the same order.  When purchasing more than one item at the same time, please create a cart and request an invoice before paying. You can also simply pay without the combine shipping discount in advance and I will work with you to refund a portion of the cost immediately after your payment (include a note to remind me).

Your shipping cost will be calculated depending upon location, a small shipping charge per each additional item may be added to the shipping total.  Immediate payment is expected upon receipt of your invoice.  A complete explanation of shipping charges will be included with your refund.
