Domestic Shipping:

·        We will ship your item the same day or next business day after the payment has cleared. (Unless we are away, it be shown when purchasing the item). We will use the most efficient carrier (which may include FedEx or UPS) unless it is under 1 pound then USPS will be used. A tracking number and/or delivery confirmation will be provided for all shipped items.

·        We do combine shipping: one single payment MUST be made for all the items that you have purchased; which can be easily done by placing all your items in eBay shipping cart and then paying for all of them at the same time or purchasing them and waiting for us to send an invoice. International buyers, please ask for an exact quote if the total does not show.

·        Free shipping is to the contiguous United States that consists of the 48 adjoining U.S. states plus Washington, D.C., on the continent of North America. The term excludes the non-contiguous states of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all off-shore insular areas and your order may be canceled due to this.  

 International shipping:

·        We will ship Worldwide and anywhere the eBay global shipping program ships.

·        Prices are determined by them and include any import charges applicable.

Returns:

Please read our return policy. Most items can be returned but some items cannot be returned by law (swimsuits, underwear, and socks). We will not issue a refund without RMA# and returned items without RMA# will not be accepted. I accept returns within 14 days of receipt. You may initiate a return through the eBay return process next to the item you purchased. Please check each item to see return policy before purchasing.

Make sure item(s) are returned in the same condition, and all items are included, in which they were received or no refund will be issued. Items returned with obvious use, worn or laundered are not returnable. Makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal. You are responsible for return shipping. Shipping paid is nonrefundable. If you feel that an item you received is not in the same condition stated in the description, please contact me before returning. We thoroughly inspect every item when it is packed to ensure a pleasant, smooth transaction.

Damaged Item:

Please contact us immediately upon delivery, if your item is damaged in shipping (you will need to fill out a short claim form) and receive an RMA#. Also, if you install a damaged item and we were not informed or if you have no proof of the damage it is void of return.
