The AT&T Mobile Cellular Telephone 3010 - 3015 was a portable carrying case telephone produced by AT&T in the past. It was a vintage cellular telephone model that allowed users to make mobile phone calls. AT&T manufactured several portable cellular phones during the 1980s and 1990s.

This particular phone model manual says it was copyrighted in 1994. I have plugged it in and it does still work while plugged in, did not test charging functionality of the battery due to the weathering of the cords over the years are starting to flake and exposing the copper wire. The calling function will probably not work as AT&T no longer provides service for analog cellular networks, which were used by vintage portable cellular phones like the AT&T Mobile Cellular Telephone 3010 - 3015.

Overall, its a marvel to see this early age technology working in action and would look great as a talking peace or shelf item. Like all technology innovations over the years, this one will probably be a classic to remember.
