We are not professional photographers, so colors may not match perfectly.  There may be blemishes such as exposed wires or holes that we may have accidentally missed, never on purposes.  Cups may need to be dipped in hot water to reform after packaging.

• New With Tags (NWT): A new unused item with tags. On occasion we receive items which are NWT but may have some flaw. In these instances it will be indicated in the “Extra comments” area.
• Exceptional Used Condition (EUC): A well-cared-for item that appears to have seen limited use and is still in above average good condition. It is complete and may show limited signs of wear.
• Good: An item which shows wear from consistent use, but still remains in good condition. It may also shows other signs of previous use such as some fading or minor snags. See “Extra comments” for further.
• Acceptable: The product shows more than average signs of use but still has some use to it. For items listed as acceptable please read “Extra comments” as we will include specifics in this area.
