Delivery times quoted may vary and is an approximate estimate only. We will deliver the goods provided reasonable access is available - further charges may apply for redelivery. Damaged goods should be immediately reported as we will not accept any delayed returns. 

Pick up is available at our warehouse in Preston. You may arrange a suitable time by calling us.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please choose carefully however as we do not refund simply for change of mind or circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUNDS

Cancellation on transactions will incur a cancellation fee of 10%. 

WARRANTIES

Warranty information is displayed on each product listing; claims for colour variation and wear & tear from general usage wll be rejected. Claims can be made by calling us. You are responsible for all transport costs associated.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

You must have proof of purchase. We hold a limited history of orders and aren’t provisioned to search for archived transactions. Presenting proof of purchase is your responsibility so please retain as we cannot act without sufficient evidence. 

OTHER TERMS

We reserve the right to correct errors and misprints and to change product specifications. To keep prices low, some goods may require self assembly. We reserve the right to cancel any order without limitation.
