Genuine 24mm ancient Chinese cash when thought to be from the 14th century but probably earlier than that. It has a real genuine Ethiopian opal set into the center coin.

Coin bezel is made of pure sterling silver and a chain is Italian made sterling silver with a 2.5mm width.
