This medal was awarded to civilians of the Hungarian Peoples Republic who volunteered to donate blood 50 times or more.  

Shipping Policy: "USPS First Class" Domestic postage includes tracking number. "USPS Priority" is expedited shipping. "Int'l Letter" shipped as a letter without tracking or insurance. "USPS First Class International" includes tracking. For combined postage, i ask the full shipping price for the first badge or medal , and then an extra $0.50 for each item after (with extra discounts to orders of 6 badges/medals or more).
