This official Gibson Burstbucker Pro Rhythm / Neck Humbucker Pickup enhances the vintage "edge" of the Burstbucker pickups with its fatter, meatier tone with more drive and attack, the use of alnico five magnets in place of the traditional alnico two, providing classic Gibson Patent Applied For tone with a hint of attitude. Featuring slightly unbalanced coil windings this pick up has a sweet harmonic complexity and crystalline clarity and the wax potting keeps things quiet even with a high gain rig, reducing the microphonic feedback.
