The official Gibson 57 Classic Humbucker Pickup has a vintage vibe with rich, warm full tones and a balanced response with the classic Gibson Patent Applied For humbucker crunch. The 57 Classic Humbucker shares all the same specs and construction details as the original '57 Classic that was introduced in 1990, including the alnico two magnets, nickel plated pole pieces, nickel slugs and maple spacers and vintage style two conductor braided wiring. Featuring balanced coils for a smoother, creamier tone and excellent hum cancelation, the pickups are also wax potted to remove all internal air space and any chance of microphonic feedback.
