Up for sale a one in a lifetime offer. It is VERY VERY unlikely you will see an offer like this again on ebay or anywhere else for that matter.
This is a very rare VHS tape which is one of the few if not the only VHS tape created that preserved the chipmunks singing in the episode FOR YOUR EYES ONLY when ALF goes to visit with Jodie who can't see. There is a scene where she gets a radio to play the chipmunks but in most versions (EVEN THE UNCUT VERSION) cuts that piece out of the episode but not this VHS tape. The format is PAL and is not in the greatest of conditions I will have to say.
At the bottom is that same VHS tape which has been turned into NTSC. The company who copied this for me into a NTSC format did a super job at it. They put two versionings on it. One versioning is not so great while the other is supberb so if you start watching the DVD and see a lot of discolorations going on try the other track at least for the episode "FOR YOUR EYES ONLY" and it is as stable as can be expected given the age of the tape when I had them do the preprodcution back in 2015.
The second disc in the DVD holder is a duplicate of the original disc that south tree created for the sake of redundancy and as a backup just as a fail safe in case somehow the original got scratched.
While you may well find this rare VHS tape again (but even that is not easy) I would higly doubt you will find this combo anywhere in which you get both the rare VHS tape plus that same tape converted into NTSC format and put on a DVD in any other auction or sale here on ebay or anywhere else.
