These pants are in excellent condition - hardly work and like new! Material is 97% cotton and 3% Lycra for a great fit.  Material is a very nice weight, not thin or flimsy.  Flat front with slit faux pockets, no pockets in the back.  Overstitching on side seams.  Machine washable cold water.
