Department Dept 56 The Original Snow Village Sign 1977-1988.

Sign is in good condition. Box shows normal wear from use as there are some blemishes on the box. There is a rip on the box near the flap where it opens.

Was stored in a dog friendly household that smoked, but for the last 10 years was stored in a smoke free home, odor does not appear to be that bad.
