Mickey Mantle Last Game Program 9/28/68 (Scored).
There are two of these currently on ebay listed for $599 and $699 BUT neither are scored.  This was a three game series and the same program was used for all three games.  Without scoring, there is no way to verify that the program is from Mantle's last game.

"I came up in the first inning, made an out and returned to the bench.  Ralph sent Andy Kosco in to replace me.  I sat back and watched the kid limber up.  I knew I had reached the end of the line.  After a few moments, I headed through the runway into the locker room, took off my uniform, and went home." - Mickey Mantle

"But what I remember most is seeing Mantle go into the dugout for the last time as a player and the way we all felt about it.  It was a very meaningful moment for all of us as well as for him.  I would say that was the game that sticks out even more so than the World Series or an All-Star game for me.  There are a lot of guys who are in the last games as you go along in your career, but there is only one Mickey Mantle."  - Ken Harrelson, Boston Red Sox.
