This is the Amprobe ACD-23SW model TRMS 400A swivel clamp meter with the leads. It works nicely and it is used and in clean condition with light type wear. I installed new batteries in it and I don't know the last calibration date and it may need one if necessary. I show a number of photos and it will be packed well and shipped right out.
