Unlike other scopes for sale, this one clearly was used. Most likely on a ship that saw combat as it has a couple dents and the grips are worn. Any quartermaster would have protected their scope with their life. Dropping it outside of combat to cause such a dent would be unthinkable.

As stated and shown in the pictures, there is a dent in the middle of the scope. Does not affect viewing. Lenses are dirty but in good shape. Would need cleaning if you plan to use it.
