This is a vintage Impko waterslide decal with a Navy VO-3 Squadron logo, I found out upon researching the image. These were found at a sporting goods store that had closed down in the early 1990s. This does not come with instructions for use, however I did include pictures of other Impko water slide decals we have, please refer to those in the listing for instructions. These look great for their age. Please view pictures carefully for details and ask any questions prior to purchase. These are sold as-is.
