For your consideration is an IBM Home Director Starter Kit and IBM Home Director Room Expansion kit. Both run on the X10 home automation protocol. They appear to be in used condition and have not been fully tested. As mentioned in the condition description there are some signs of use including dust and some dirt wear on the items.
