Donkey Kong game and Game Boy tested and both work - see photos, there is obviously wear and tear. There is a tiny rattle sound if you shake it, so there must be a little crumb or something inside but to my knowledge everything works. The game label is a bit faded and has some sharpie on the back thanks to one of my idiot childhood friends. The screen has a little mark/bubble (see the second to last photo, its right above the white light circle) and in the last photo it shows that with the right conditions, it does make a little prism effect - only when its reflecting light from another screen and held at a weird angle.
