800 Silver Italian Cigarette Case. Registration mark indicates this piece was made by Melli Carlo fu Girolamo from Milano, Italy most likely between 1934 and 1944. Case measures approximately 4 1/8" x  3". 9/32" thick. Clasp and cigarette band lock both function well. Total weight is 107.4 g. This is a really amazing piece in excellent condition considering it's age.
