Oil Lamp Chimneys are made from glass, glass can be an extremely fickle material that expands when heated. The faster it is heated the quicker it expands, if it is heated too quickly the expansion will not be even and will cause a crack or in extreme circumstances it can disintegrate. Older chimneys may be less resilient than modern ones so before using this chimney please ensure you know how to light oil lamps correctly.
Condition: In a good used condition, free of chips and cracks although the top rim is finished a little unevenly. There may be some light scratching and the odd small mark from storage and use. Typical manufacturing irregularities including air bubbles. Please also see photos.
