The 240 section is a great way to transform your bike without having to touch the front end and make it stand out in the crowd

Kit consists of the following:

'Roaring Toyz' alluminium 240 section swinging arm +4" powder coated Satin black c/w bearings & rear spindle 

'RC Components' 240 section three spoke 'Replica' Gen2 rear wheel 18" in gloss black 

45T 530 pitch rear sprocket 

Billet rear caliper hanger (your original OEM caliper fits as does your OEM rear disc & disc bolts)

140 link 530 pitch X ring chain - gold coloured

Pirelli Diablo 240/40ZR18 rear tyre

Chain guard full length metal - black powder coated

All you need to supply is an extended rear brake line

We can install this kit for you for an extra amount at our location

Your standard 4-2 exhaust system will not work with kit as there is not enough clearance on the swinging arm

a 4-1 exhaust system or as you can see on the images after market slip on cans & link pipes can work with spacers to allow for clearance

Your ABS ring will fit on the rear wheel & the billet rear caliper hanger will house your rear sensor (see image of last bike)

For chain/frame clearance take off the front sprocket and the metal spacer then put the metal spacer behind the sprocket and torque the nut correctly. This will space the chain out, you may still need to grind some material from the inside of the frame.
