KENWOOD TS-850S CONTROL/PROCESSOR UNIT (CPU ROM RAM PCB), as visible on the photo. 

Condition: 
the part was working properly, when tested about 2 years ago - then removed from 
the radio (the radio had known problem with other DDS part).
As I can not test it today - I sell it as "UNKNOWN condition".
