PLEASE NOTE:  *** The shipping price of 75 cents is for regular USPS 1st Class Letter in a flat mailer.  USPS has been very slow lately (sometimes up to 10 days for delivery).  There is NO tracking.  If you would like USPS Package rate with Tracking, there is an additional $3.00 charge. Please let me know PRIOR to making payment so I can make the change.
