This was bought new in a Libbey glass store.  It was originally designed for, but not used for, "White Barn" candle and can be used as a candle holder.  Also can be used as a "highball" or other drinking glass.  In excellent condition with no chips.  3 1/2" tall and diameter is 4 ".  Label is imprinted as seen in photos.
