This is a NOS Clutch plate for a Simca. That is all I know. 

I found a box full of NOS Simca parts and I am sure there are people out there that are looking for these.

I have no way of identifying  most of them.

My family sold Simcas in the Late 1950s  so I am assuming the parts are that vintage.

The Clutch diameter is 7 inches 

                    Height is 1 7/8 inches

                    Weight is just under 1.5 Pounds
