This is a New Balance Chicago Marathon Medical jacket or windbreaker.  It is size XL.  It has Boehringer Ingelheim on the sleeve and Tylenol on the right front chest.  This is a full zip jacket with two front zipper closure pockets.  There are some marks on the sleeve and front shoulder as shown in the last two pictures.  Otherwise, it's in good condition.  Please see pictures.

Measurements:   29 inches from back collar seam to bottom of shirt.  25 inches across from under each arm.
