Up for sale is a Vintage Ladies Straw Hat with Flowers great for a Halloween Costume, Scarecrow, Farmer or Fall Decoration. Hat size is a 6 5/8 it measures are approximately 4'' Height x 20 1/2'' Circumference x 5 1/2 Brim Width. It's band consist woven ribbon with flower pattern and flowers with foliage on top of the brim. This would make your costume or scarecrow stand out from all others.
