Tork 59TR Toilet-tissue Dispenser (twin rolls) - dark/smoke cover.
These are just about everywhere, esp. eBay. They're popular. Work great also. You can put almost any standard roll from (any) big box, but I have included one roll from Tork (T24) to get you started and so that you can see what kind of rolls they have. You can get these rolls from almost anywhere also. These are very simple to install - just remember you will need a drill if installing in a stall or into metal. Key is taped on the inside as shown in photo.
