A SELECTED PAIR of SD1224-10 transistors (bought in original boxes from a Military New Old Stock) :
SD1224-10 are designed for 28V voltage, and 30W output power.
You could try use them as replacements for MOTOROLA MRF486 (used e.g. in FT-1000D 
as drivers, but beware because MRF486 have a different package!).
