Very cool accent pillow sham from the Handwoven Melange Flatweave collection.  The black thread is woven with other shades of grey so it isn't a solid color and has a lot of texture. The front is a knit wool and the back is 100% linen. 

Excellent condition-appears to have never been used!  Still has the crisp folds from the manufacturer. The brand label has been blacked out but the sham is otherwise flawless with no stains, snags or pulls.
