Used - Excellent Used Condition - Pastry Knife was washed, rinsed, sanitized and polished prior to this listing.  It is ready for immediate food use.  There is some light tarnish on the tin plate and in excellent condition overall; amazing for its age to find the tin in such good condition.  

This "C" pastry knife was manufactured by Hobart for its KitchenAid division in the 1915 to 1925 range.  It works on any of the H-5, 5 quart models (both the ones with one and two planetary attachment ports).  It is made of steel with tin plating over it.  

This pastry knife will not fit any other KitchenAid or Hobart mixer other than the Model H-5.  Even though it will lock on to the planetary of a Model G or N50, it can't be used on these models as the planetary of the H-5 spins opposite in direction to that of the Model G and N50.
