18” tall Raggedy Ann doll with original dress and pants (no apron, so it does not have a brand tag). Amateur research indicates that it is a Knickerbocker-produced doll, likely mid-1960s-mid 1970s. It has the iconic “I Love You” heart on its chest, deep-red string hair, black metal-like button eyes with painted white rims, four painted black lower eyelashes, thick black painted eyebrows, a painted red triangle nose, upward turned black and red painted smile and mouth, and rosy cheeks plus red/white/black fabric to make its stockings and boots. The apparel is its original cotton floral dress, a classic in aqua, pink and royal blue, a pleated neckline and button fastener at back neck. The pants are white cotton.

Very good vintage condition. Face fabric is thinning and has grime and watermarks, a faint black ink. The hair has loose strands in back. Eyes are scuffed. Foot tear in fabric on foot has been repaired with darning - making this doll extra charming and raggedy. Apparel is thinning and elastic has disintegrated on pants. The dress has good seams and crisp collar with button intact. Overall, it has grime including a faint mark on one leg and watermarks on face) and dust from play, age and storage. No foul odors.
