• This item may qualify for returns within 30 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged.
• This item must have had NO GAS ever put in the tank or started to return as new/unused condition
• Damaged Items Must Be Reported Within  10 Days of Receipt
• Returns are accepted on New & Unused items only.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.($275.00 for this unit)

• Inventory on eBay changes constantly and it is impossible to maintain a perfectly accurate count of all items.

Returns: 

E Ride On Toys will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and in transit back to E Ride On Toys within 3 days of receiving the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit. Note: Once gas has been installed and unit is run, it is consider a used product. You must contact us, so that we can help you with any engine operation issues. If we can not determine the problem via phone, or email, then we may have you return for further diagnosis and determine if product is truly faulty. If product is determined to be a manufacturing problem, then you will have the option, receive a replacement or refund. 

Damaged Items: 

E Ride On Toys through Big Toys USA will ship out free replacement parts if any damage occurs. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, Big Toys USA will offer a return for a full refund. If damage is not reported to us within 10 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. Proof of damage by Photos is required to be sent to us first. If item does not sound right, making strange noise or does not work right. You may be asked send short video with sound showing what is wrong or to let us here the noise first. Once we have review video or photos we will contact you to either ship the replacement part(s) or give your the RMA# for the return of the item for new replacement or refund. We will not accept any claims without proof of the problem, because of past fraudulent claims by the buyer.
