This is the "Champagne Bubble" outfit, TW20820 released in 2000 as a limited edition of 3000 pieces.  It's a champagne golden dress with a bubble skirt and beaded detail, with matching shoes and bag.  Accessorized by gold tone jewelry and stockings.

Outfit has never been removed from packaging, but the tape holding the pieces in place came loose.  The tape and threads holding the pieces in place were replaced in some areas.  Clothing and accessories are complete and look clean and in new condition. Box has scuffs from storage.  Some discoloration may be present on paper elements.  Artificial materials or elastics may be weak or degraded from age and were not tested for their integrity.
