For full disclosure I should say that  I inherited this Concertina and do not really know what I am looking at.However I am fortunate in that my next door neighbour has been professionally building and servicing these from her shop in Wales for fifty years.She has cleaned and tuned this and says that it is a very nice instrument in good order..
