You are looking at a NEW with ORIGINAL PRICE STICKER, 3” button for Knott’s Berry Farm’s defunct roller coaster “Windjammer” Surf Racers. Windjammer replaced the beloved Wacky Soap Box Racers in 1997, & operated for less than 3 years. This coaster was a operational nightmare for Knott’s, even a slight breeze would close this ride. Knott’s even sued the rides manufacturer Togo, which ruined them & was the reason for Togo to go out of business. Knott’s closed Windjammer in 2000, & immediately demolished the coaster to start construction on XCELERATOR. This button originally sold for $1.00, but was eventually sold for 35 cents. You will also receive a Knott’s brochure, & period park map featuring the new for 1997 attraction. These items were just pulled out of storage.
