This is the one-off Doctor Who fanzine 'Time Space Visualiser, Project Theta Six'. It was published by the Doctor Who Appreciation Society (DWAS) in around 1980 (that’s my best guess as there’s no cover date). It’s basically a long piece of fan fiction about the Time Lords and the history of various popular monsters, really used as an opportunity to print lots of, at the time at least, rare photos.

It is in generally very good condition for a very low-budget magazine printed around 40 years ago.
