Below is the most important information you should know prior to purchasing from me.  See below for complete terms.

• Flat S/H applies for up to 40 items purchased within a 72 hour time period and paid for at the same time.  Use shopping cart to ensure you are able to combine if multiple items are being purchased.
  
• Standard Envelope shipping option available only for cards shipped within USA and for orders totaling less than $20.00, not including shipping and/or taxes.  Depending on card thickness, up to 4 cards may be shipped this way for the same cost ($1.50). 
  
• International buyers, please request a shipping quote before purchasing.  Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
  
• When your item ships, the tracking number will be available on your "purchased items" page.  I ship within 5 *business* days of payment.  If there is no tracking information and it hasn't been 5 business days, please be patient as it means your item hasn't shipped yet.  Sending messages inquiring about shipping status prior to the passing of 5 business days will not speed the process up.
  
• Returns are not accepted.
  
• I welcome offers on all of my items.  When making an offer, do not include any changes to the shipping terms described below such as "you pay shipping" or "including shipping".   Per ebay offer policy, shipping fees are not negotiable and should not be a part of an offer.  Just make sure that the posted shipping costs are factored into the total cost your offer will be if accepted.  Additionally, make sure that any offers sent are reasonable.  Unreasonable offers or offers that include shipping changes will be declined and/or ignored.
  
• Unless described at the top of the item description, all non-graded cards are in "pack fresh" condition.

SHIPPING:

I do my best to ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment, but note that it may take as long as 5 business days for your item to ship.  All non-graded cards ship in penny sleeve and toploader in a teambag.  If multiple cards are purchased, they may be sent together in one toploader instead of individual ones.  Larger lots may be shipped secured in a 2-piece slider or snap box without toploaders or sleeves.  How multiple items are shipped will be selected at my discretion.  All cards will be shipped in a way that I would be ok with receiving if I purchased them.

USA:  

USPS Ground Advantage:  All single card listings ship for a flat* rate of $5.00!   All items must be paid for at the same time to receive the discount, please use the "Add to Cart" feature or wait for an invoice before paying.  GA shipping is available for any purchase, but is required for all purchases totaling $20.00 or more (not including shipping and any taxes).  Card(s) ship in bubble mailer.  Lots/sets may be shipped in box at my discretion.

Standard Envelope:  Available only for single card listings that sell for under $20.00 (not including shipping and any taxes).  Graded cards are not eligible for standard envelope.  The cost is only $1.50.  Shipping can be combined with no additional charge as long as the order total is $20.00 or less (before shipping and any taxes), the maximum thickness is not exceeded, and they are paid for at the same time.  Up to four (4) single cards can be shipped using this method if they are standard thickness.  Two (2) medium thickness cards or one (1) thick card (up to 140 point) can be sent.  Note that cards shipped this way will be shipped in toploaders, but they will likely be used toploaders and may have tape, markings, and scratches on them.  Only toploaders that can fully protect the card will be used.  They will likely not be in a teambag.  Card(s) ship in a rigid cardboard envelope (photo mailer) instead of a bubble mailer.  Note that it often takes longer for items to arrive when shipped with standard envelope. 


***If purchasing more than one card please wait until you receive an invoice to make sure that the proper shipping rate is paid.  Sometimes it is possible for a person to select the standard envelope shipping rate to pay for multiple items even though the combined order does not qualify for the service (for example if the order total is $20 or higher or too many single cards are purchased).  This is an error with ebay's checkout feature that has not yet been corrected.  If you pay before receiving an invoice and select standard envelope when the combined order is eligible only for first class, the order must be cancelled, re-invoiced, and repaid.  If this happens, an additional fee of $0.50 will be added to the new invoice to cover the fee ebay charges to cancel, refund, and repay for an order.  It can be easily avoided if you wait for an invoice before paying when multiple items are being purchased.

 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  I will ship to any country that is eligible for USPS First Class International with tracking.  Please note that continued rate increases by USPS have made this more expensive and the introductions of zones in Canada and other countries have made it impossible to provide a set cost based on country as I have previously been able to do.  As such, the rates listed below are estimates only!  Please contact me with country and postal code for the actual cost prior to purchasing.  I reserve the right to cancel orders that have been paid prior to invoicing.  I know this is inconvenient and annoying, but it is necessary in order to continue offering international shipping.


CANADA: All single card listings ship for an estimated flat* rate of $15.00!** 

Other International buyers:  All single card listings ship for am estimated flat* rate of $18.00!**   

Condition:  Unless otherwise stated at the top of this description, all cards should be considered "pack fresh" and their condition is as would be generally expected as when originally pulled from the pack/box.  As such, cards *may* have minor imperfections such as edgewear/chipping, imperfect corners (but no dings), and/or light surface scratches.  Again, they are in the condition you would expect them to be if you pulled them from a factory sealed pack.  I will do my best to describe any further condition issues in detail at the top of the item description and will try my best to include picture(s) that clearly show those issues.  Beyond that, I am not a grader and do not generally deal in graded cards, so I am unable to give an exact appraisal of condition and I will not speculate as to the exact condition except as stated above.  I am happy to provide additional images upon request.



Further terms:

*Due to ebay policy, the maximum number of items that can be put on an invoice is 40, so the flat fee is for 1 - 40 items.  If more than 40 are won, a second invoice (and a 3rd for 81+, etc) must be sent and will have an additional flat rate shipping fee as listed above.  I think this rule is stupid and hurts both buyers and sellers, but eBay has refused to change it after years of complaints from users.

NOTE to all buyers: Flat rate applies to all single card purchases made within a 72 hour time period.  So if you win an auction on Sunday night, all items from then until Wednesday night ship for flat rate.  The same applies to store items purchased with Buy it Now or accepted offers.  All items must be paid for at the same time to receive the discount, please wait for an invoice before paying. 

Picture shown is almost always of the actual card.  Sometimes a stock photo may be used.  All stock photos are scans/pictures of cards in my inventory (currently or previously) and are usually used only when quantities of cards are available.  If you would like confirmation of whether or not a card is a stock photo or an actual item photo, please email.  Additional photos are also available upon request. 

If multiple cards are in an image, only the card(s) listed in item title and at the top of the item description are included.  If multiple copies of a card are pictured - unless listed in the item title, or above (at the top of item description) - each purchase is for one (1) card.

All cards are sold "as-is".  NO RETURNS ACCEPTED and NO REFUNDS GIVEN!  The only exception is if I mail you the wrong card, in which case I will pay a full refund upon return of item (I'll pay return shipping, too).  Returns are accepted if and only if card is delivered not as described and you have contacted me and we have agreed to either a partial refund or a return.

Payment must be received within 7 days.  A non-paying bidder alert is automatically filed by eBay after 8 days if payment is not received.

INTERNATIONAL buyers:

Please note that I will ship in a timely manner (as described above), but have no control over how long it takes once dropped off at the post office.  The buyer is responsible for all Tariff and Duties on international shipments.  Do not ask me to put a lower value or mark shipment as a gift on customs forms.  This is both a violation of eBay policy and is illegal (not to mention incredibly unethical).  All requests to do so will be reported.  I will mark the form "Other (Non-Gift)" and the purchase price (less shipping/handling costs) will be listed as the value.  In order to ensure that the correct shipping is charged, please wait until invoice is sent before paying.  I reserve the right to refund a payment and send invoice with correct total.

**International buyers - Due to buyer and seller protection policies, the maximum order (all cards purchased plus shipping charges) acceptable is $749.99.  Multiple purchases can be split up into multiple orders and will ship separately, as long as each order totals $749.99 or less.**
