Cauliflower Romanesco Ottobrino

Latin Name: Brassica oleracea

A wonderful bright green, Romanesco type of cauliflower. Romanesco cauliflowers do not need to be covered in the blazing sun, so we will have less problems with them. Its flavor is more characteristic than the white cauliflower, but much weaker than broccoli. A true "fractal plant", its decorative value is also excellent. It can be sown from April to June, its rose develops in September-November.
