This tile is unmarked, but looks remarkably like the delightful tiles made by Pacific Blue Tile in California. I don't know if they ever sold tiles in Maui, but on their website, they do show some tiles made depicting Hawaiian animals. This one may be an out-of-production image. The background color seems 1980s or 1990s. It's just a guess on my part.  It is framed in an oak frame and is suitable to use as a trivet or it could be hung on the wall with the addition of hardware.

The tile is 6 x 6 inches. 7.25 x 7.25 with the frame.
