Disclaimer: Due to the volume of inventory we manage, it is impossible to identify every item in every detail. We will usually only focus on the condition of the disc/cartridge. If you require more pics or have specific requirements, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate. It is assumed that used games will have imperfections like scuffs, shelve wear, stickers, scratches on disc from normal use, marks, folds/creases etc on cover or inserts. New sealed games may have peeled shrink wrap, sticker residue, shelve wear etc, unless otherwise stated. Please note any DLC/downloadable content cannot be guaranteed as it is assumed that they are either used, invalid or expired.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is processed within 1-2 business days and mailed out as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to combine shipping on multiple items for more savings! Please contact us if this is applicable.

We will always do our best to ensure products we ship out are of the best quality available, as described, and packaged safely. All used/opened items are tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to work! However, in the rare event that an item is defective on arrival or if the wrong item was sent out, we offer a 30 day return period on most merchandise. 

To be eligible, item must be returned in the same condition that we sent out, unworn or unused, with all contents, and in its original packaging. This will be verified with documentation we have on file of the item in question. 

We will NOT be able to cancel the order once it has been shipped out so please ensure you are purchasing the right item. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Exceptions

*Returns Policy DOES NOT cover buyer's remorse, user error/user hardware issues, false requests, and/or fraudulent activity of any kind. Any suspected abuse of the Ebay return process will be reported accordingly.

*We will NOT be able to accept returns for any brand new sealed, or new in box items that have been opened (seal/shrink wrap removed).
