SHIPPING


We know you want your stuff fast!


This is why we process orders every day Monday-Friday. You can expect two business days for order processing (often much faster).


We can ship to virtually any physical address in the continental United States, but are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We do not ship to international destinations, Canada, Alaska or Hawaii. (However, we would love to vacation there!)


We will ship to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of checkout. We are not able to check for typos or validate the street address. This is occasionally an issue, so please double check your shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect shipping address are the buyer's responsibility.


Our free and standard shipping will arrive in 3-7 business days. Please use the expedited shipping options, if available, if you need the item sooner. We use a variety of shipping services including UPS, USPS, FedEx and other regional carriers like ONTRAC and Amazon Logistics.


Our products are evenly distributed in warehouses around the United States to improve shipping time. As a result, we cannot offer local pick-up at our corporate address in Columbus, Ohio.




RETURNS


You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund without being charged a restocking fee!


Products installed, modified or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Car bows and electrical parts are not eligible for return. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error otherwise the buyer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.


We will process refunds within 7 business days of receiving your returned item, usually much quicker. If you need to return an item, contact us using the form on this listing to get a return authorization number and further instructions.
