Cooke Telekinic Anastigmat 6 inch(150mm) f/4.5 ELC lens made by Taylor-Hobson from England. This lens is modified with focusing ring and a mount that is unknown to me (Please see pics). 

This is in good vintage condition and fully working.  Aperture and focusing is smooth. Front element has some cleaning marks, bubbles and fungus growth around the edges(please see pics). Fungus was treated with UV light.

All vintage lenses can be used with modern cameras with appropriate adapters. 

Light dust inclusions are expected on vintage lenses due to age which wont affect the quality of the pictures.
