We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, and returned untouched within 7 days for a full refund.
The watch must be in its New original condition with no scratches or marks.

After passing a visual and functional test, your watch or watches are then photographed three times to record their physical condition before delivery to you. This ensures to our customers that all watches are free of damage or scratches before delivery. This process also serves to keep a record or each watch sent and ensures customers receive the watch or watches ordered.

Returns
The watch must be in New and Unused state in perfect condition
with all protective materials in place and tags.
Watermans will not accept any returns if the watch and strap show
any signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition
in any way.
