Here is a gorgeous, and rare, colorful, antique porcelain plate made by Villeroy & Boch.
It features a beautifully rendered cherry tree branch dripping with ripe, red cherries.
It is clearly marked on the reverse.
It measures 9- 1/2 inches in diameter, and is 1 inch deep.
There are several impressed and printed manufacturing marks, including, '1882'. Not sure if that is a production number or date.
This plate is in excellent, used antique, condition with no damage or repairs. (See photos).
