Two other versions of #128 exist - One with the The Orange "Last Issue" Sticker on the front cover - and the Subscription edition, plain cover, No UBC Bar Code, Return Address, Bulk Rate Mail Stamp or Mailing Label attached on the Front cover! This edition was mailed in plastic and the mailing label, return address and bulk rate stamp were either on the plastic or on a loose insert inside the plastic!
